According to Augusto the dispute started after a taxi abruptly stopped in her path while she was driving thus forcing her to signal before moving to the right lane. The driver states Sampear quickened his speed behind her while she occupied the lane in front of him.
His aggressive horn blowing occurred as he rammed into her back bumper without any reason. I decided to move back to the left lane so the unknown driver could pass me to prevent any potential conflict. The situation became violent during that fateful incident according to Augusto’s statements to The Citizen.
Sampear swerved his car into her path thus making her tap his rear tire according to her testimony. When the vehicles came to a halt the situation between both drivers rapidly became more intense. According to Augusto Sampear screamed at her before she defended herself by declaring his driving as road rage. She confirmed the available room behind her for him to drive past.

A video recording captured the moment Sampear angrily demanded from Augusto why she gestured him with a single middle finger. Augusto repeatedly demands from Sampear the reason behind his car strike and shows strong visible anger. The interaction prolonged when Sampear returned to his vehicle and Augusto kept following him insisting against leaving.

The edited video version of the incident horrifies me since I returned to my car specifically for my phone and license to provide to the driver.
