General Fannie Masemola of South African national police forces established a reward fund worth R350,000 for insights leading to locating three missing members of the police force.
During a Sunday briefing in Bloemfontein the national police commissioner Fannie Masemola formed a joint presentation with Free State Premier Maqueen Letsoha-Mathae and Deputy National Police Commissioner for Crime Detection Lieutenant General Shadrack Sibiya.
SAPS offers reward for information
Masemola expressed optimism despite stating that authorities will identify the person or persons responsible for the crime. SAPS offers reward of R350,000 to anyone who provides details about missing officers alongside revealing the criminals responsible for their disappearance.
Officer Boipelo Senoge at age 20 and Linda Cebekhulu at 24 years old together with Keamogetswe Buys aged 30 comprise the list of officers who have gone missing.
The South African Police Service urges the public to share “solid and concrete information” by getting in touch with investigating officer Captain Chaacha Manga through telephone number 082 527 6099. He promised absolute confidentiality protection both for informant anonymity and confidential information supplied.
Last seen at Grasmere toll plaza
The Engen garage witnesses the officers leave on their way to Johannesburg through Grasmere Toll Plaza four days ago. Masemola stressed that a person must have observed something while the officers were missing.
He stated “Somebody must have observed what occurred” as he explained that SAPS has previously solved various major cases such as kidnappings and murders thanks to community involvement.
