R218775.90 emerged as a settlement that Agnes Mokalapa accepted from the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria even after she received advice to pursue more funds.

The initial court demand from Mokalapa exceeded R500,000 even though she declined medical assessments which could have supported her financial claim.

Medical care was accessible to her without cost so her statement about treatment expenses became invalid.

Mokalapa failed to succeed in her attempt to recover extra funds after her case dismissal thus confirming the importance of complying with legal guidance for claims compensation.
