“Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found four occupants, including a two-year-old, in the vehicle,” Jamieson explained. “The driver, a male believed to be in his thirties, had sustained major injuries. Unfortunately, paramedics could do nothing for him, and he died at the scene.”
